As with all herbs and spices, paprika should be stored in a cool, dark place for no more than 6 months.<\/p>\n<p>In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, reserved chickpea liquid, lemon juice, garlic, 2 tablespoons of the oil, 1\/2 teaspoon of the paprika, black pepper, salt, and red pepper. Process until very smooth, scraping the sides once or twice. Scrape into a serving bowl; cover and chill for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.<\/p>\n<p>To serve, place the bowl on a platter and surround it with the broccoli and bell peppers.
